2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. Prices are subject to change with notice.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean any areas that did not meet our standards at no additional cost.
5. Liability & Insurance
Roxi Clean is fully insured and bonded. While we take utmost care, we ask that you secure or inform us about extremely fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Access & Safety
Please ensure pets are secured during cleaning for their safety and our team's. Let us know about any areas requiring special attention or precautions, including alarm systems.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
